Approach

The Spice House, a Midwestern brand with a storied 60 year history, sought to expand its reach nationally and share its expanded, direct-to-consumer platform and new brand identity.

Brand Positioning, Content Strategy

First, a new brand position was established, including an overhauled brand narrative and key messaging structure positioned for varied audiences—home chefs, professionals and gift-givers included.

Then a content strategy was developed to deliver those messages across platforms (social media, advertising, email, press) in various ways, targeted to each audience’s platform usage and preferences.

Video Content Marketing

Next, creative assets were developed and deployed; including video, social media posts and editorial calendars, email newsletters, website copy and more. This was all then accelerated with a robust PR and influencer strategy.

The work generated national recognition for The Spice House as a modern culinary go-to, resulting in increased sales and a swelling of their brand following by the thousands.
