Approach

Before the mass adoption of Uber Eats, GrubHub and DoorDash, getting goods delivered to your home was a novel idea. Potential customers needed to understand the benefit of having snacks, alcohol, ice cream or anything else you wanted from a boutique bodega delivered right to your door. Foxtrot was such a place and they needed help raising awareness and increasing adoption of their app.

Advertising Campaigns

The goal was to sell the idea of love being home. Show folks how to live the good in their favorite place, with a little help from the high-end marketplace and their exceptional quality goods.

The strategy was to help people envision the convenience and luxury Foxtrot delivered, all through the simple interface of an app. Two campaigns were released–one matching a desired vibe, delivered with convenience; and the other matching people’s favorite at-home activities with enhancements delivered by Foxtrot. Ads ran online and out of home.
